Ferrari spider 458 steering wheel problems: Turns left when turning right, doesnt turn at all, etc. Start xbox up with steering wheel, dont have a game controller on when you start it or it will cause all sorts of issues. Leave game controller off unless your in splitscreen and it says push start on another controller.
I just bought the Ferrari 458 Spider racing wheel. I've got it plugged into my USB and it's lit up, and it is in my Control Panel under devices, but when I go into my input wizard in ATS to change my controls, it says it can't find a recognizable device. It is an Xbox One only controller using it on windows 10. I read it has PCsupport, buy so far only Forza 6 apex from the ms store (free app) Says it's an xbox game, but runs on PC. I bought the wrong one. I think I as was looking at the f458 or 458 italia. But bought the spider instead.
TX RW Wheel connected to Arduino Uno. Here’s a Thrustmaster TX Racing wheel (Force Feedback TX base + Ferrari 458 Italia replica wheel). I got it broken, and because of the fact it required tear down and repair anyways (fixed already), I decided to play with electronics a bit more, connecting different wheel parts to Arduino board and reverse-engineering wheelbase-to-wheel wiring and protocol.
