To add more to the OP, it should be an experience that puts some investment into the marriage1) The players should have to create a set of "wedding attire" that includes feet, pants, chest, hat and gloves. Make it a 400 crafting recipe.2) The players should have to create a wedding band.
Instead of /lol we have /laugh, which accomplishes the same thing, just a different way of using it. And yes, I find the lack of emotes depressing. GW2 has some really amazing animations, so I know if we DID have those emotes, they'd look awesome. But seriously, I can't think of any other recent MMO I've played that has as few emotes as GW2.
Furthermore, this combined title could hold the /rank emote that Guild Wars 1 offered rather than the HA one. So everyone from every aspect of the game can enjoy it. It was simply unfair that guilds that purely GVG'd or only enjoyed TA couldn't enjoy an emote. Why this is a good idea Stifles elitism to an extent
