If you have already purchased it on 360 then startup bo2 and head to zombies. Once you’re there click on store. “Repurchase” the map packs (I say that in quotes because any dlc you already purchased before is free). If you got the season pass then sorry you’re gonna go thru and “repurchase” all of them. And then restart your console.
